Internet Explorer 11 how to unistall it and reinstall it succesfully on Windows 7

Specific applications may have the need to run a particular version of Internet Explorer 11, especially if only one is certified to work with a particular software, for example desktop integration ones. If you have the need to use a specific version of Internet Explorer 11, for example the 11.0.9600.17420, but on the machine are you using at the moment there is another one, not necessarily newer, like the 11.0.14, you may encounter big issues…

In particular, after you have uninstalled IE11 from Programs & Features, View Installed Updates, and rolled back to IE8 or 9, you may think that you have succeed in our mission. However, you do not. In fact, if you try to upgrade again to any version of IE11, you will soon realize that the installation will fail, and the only thing you get is a link to the troubleshooter for the installation of Internet Explorer, which is pretty useless.
